It was carefully packaged and arrived safely. The product is attractive and I am very satisfied. However, since the item was listed as being shipped overseas on the listing page, I contacted the seller to inquire about shipping costs, but received no response. No matter how many times I contacted them, there was no response, so I decided to use a forwarding service. I am satisfied with the product, but the communication was terrible, so I gave it a neutral rating.
