This arrived very quickly! I was apprehensive about the sizes, but most conversion charts said a US 4.75 was a UK size J, worst case I could have it sized, but it fits! The customs excess was more than the Web page suggested, so I wasn't expecting the extra to be £60+, so watch out for this. I also had trouble collecting as I wasn't issued a "Parcelly" collection ID number from DHL, but the man in the shop was very patient and helpful and he phoned Parcelly for me and sorted it out
