The item was supposed to arrive by April 10th. I contacted the seller, who told me that the order was shipped on April 2nd. She mentioned that "if there is any problem at all, she will ship out another set with priority shipping right away". A day later, she said that the package was put into the wrong bin, and that she could add another pair of earrings to compensate me, plus she promised that the package would go out in the morning. She did not keep her promise, so I had to cancel my order.

Dear buyer, if you are going to leave negative feedback, please write the truth! Yes, the shipment was put into the wrong bin in our store. I offered you an immediate refund or to ship your package with an extra free pair of Swarovski earrings. I offered Priority mail but you said it must reach you by Monday, when being mailed they said Monday delivery wasnt guaranteed due to the weekend. I waited to mail it and messaged you asap. At this time you demanded a refund and threatened me with eBay! S
