The communication is good but I was sent the wrong parts. Not the parts I ordered. Then was told the parts I need they do not stock. I was informed these wouldn't fit my vehicle and they sent me a complete different type after I said these are correct. Brought another set on ebay from another seller and received them with no issues. Exactly the same as these ones and they fit perfectly and yet they said I was wrong
