I purchased the item from South Korea through freight forwarding company. The content was different from the listing. I requested return and it is automatically accepted. Then seller started blaming on me that I bought from Korea. Also they doubted the delivery service unnecessarily. But in the end, I was able to confirm on the sales photos that the wrong item was sent from the beginning. They have horrible attitude that humiliating buyer. Of course, they didn't apologize for anything.

Sehr geehrte Kunde, Bitte entschuldigen Sie das entstandene Missverständnis. Kundenzufriedenheit steht bei uns an erster Stelle. Sie haben eine Rückerstattung des gesamten Kaufbetrags erhalten.
