As it happens the liner I ordered was for another model year to mine. Whilst a disappointing result, the customer service and communication was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and they even sent a paper template (which fitted) for another type of liner. I decided that a refund was my best option and the free returns helped + the refund arrived very quickly. Good honest and helpful suppliers.
