Violin Rib bender arrived in a box with shattered styrofoam inside. It acted like it was working but no heat. I contacted the seller who wanted to send me a new heating unit if I did not open an eBay claim, and I agreed. The heating unit never arrived, no tracking number was provided. I have taken the unit apart and found the circuit board burnt that connect to the heating unit. This is not a new unit. The heater is 10V but connected to 110V and is good. Avoid this product and avoid seller.

I ordered this one not realizing it was a short scale, so I contacted the seller and we worked out a deal.
