I cancelled the order right after ordering it because we found a smaller better pin form another seller. I got message few days later that my refund request was deniedand the item "shipped". Many weeks later the item still hasn't arrived and I contacted the seller few times for them to never respond. I reported it never arrived and the sellers responded saying they never shipped it and was not helpful and took weeks to respond each time. The refund has still not been processed.

Very cheap metal. The flag is nothing but a sticker. and it wasn't even put on straight. This could have shipped in a regular envelope it is so thin. How they justified $4, when it could have been mailed for the price of a stamp, is beyond me.
