PCM 3.0 was dead and blowing fuses immediately even with the ignition turned off.
elektroservis_automotive repaired it to full operation.
Shipping to Albania was more expensive than I expected.
But the PCM repair with return shipping cost was a bargain relative to any other option for a working PCM.
I would use elektroservis_automotive again without hesitation.

CIC Navigation repair on my 2010 BMW idrive unit. Smooth transaction, Indrit was excellent to work with, kept me informed each step of the way. Return shipping via DHL was quick and damage free.
