I have a shipping disclaimer in all my items for auction. I ship once the money has been received in my bank account. Ebay has slowed the shipping time down. The buyer pays Ebay and Ebay then pays the seller. If paid on a Friday I do not get the funds till the following Wednesday. This is why I have a disclaimer. I used to get the funds the next day but Ebay changed that.
