Buyer opened a returned and then closed the return. They never returned the item.

Lights are not working and they don’t give u a money back and it’s kinda scam don’t buy cause you will lose

Buyer claims light does not work after having them for two months. Then tried to open a return after the return window has already closed, which they agreed to when purchasing the light. I will gladly refund any defective item if a return is opened within the agreed upon return window. This buyer tried to extort me into giving them money in exchange for good feedback. This feedback does not represent how we do business. Please keep in mind when reading this that some people will never be happy.
