I’ve tried to contact the seller multiple times. The first I contacted the seller, it has been two weeks or more since I purchase the item. The seller said they had a family emergency and they would mail it “today.” They never sent it. I have send the seller many more messages and never received a response. I’m sad because I wanted this toy for my son. I never leave negative reviews but in this case I have no choice. I am counting on eBay to give me a refund because I paid right away.

I did not receive the book I had ordered. I have contacted the seller twice and received no response. It was just like I had thrown my money away. Very frustrating!
