I contacted the seller! Sending without checking progress is a fatal mistake. 6 weeks and no communication until I raised the issue of non delivery. I have nothing against the seller but if delays are apparent then good communication is paramount. Thank God I did get a full refund actioned by Ebay which has been spent on a replacement. I have placed negatives due to the fact the item was not received and not to blame or harm the sellers prior good ratings.

The electronic contacts on the lens failed intermittently and took several tries to connect to the camera. I tried multiple camera bodies and the issue happened on both cameras. The lens also didn’t lock come with a lens or body cap, which technically weren’t in the description, but they are usually included standard.

Dear! Sometimes the electronic contacts gets dirty (can easily be cleaned with a cotton bud etc) and hence user experience trouble connecting to camera, items are checked by customs etc which they sometimes mishandle. There were no caps advertised with the lens. So I cannot be blamed for the lens caps. Sorry for the inconvenience although i almost sold a mint lens on a very very discounted price. Thanks
