The term "magic" has taken on many meanings over time, the magi were regarded as sages and priests in Persia; the term "magister", the one who teaches, he who is wise, it is still in use today in common parlance. "Mag" also refers to a particular energetic state of the human being, able to perform wonders and miracles. But of course, over the centuries the magic word has taken on negative connotations, by binding to concepts such as superstition, crude and primitive knowledge, malicious and despicable acts. Often, what is most similar to the concept of truth, lies in the middle of the two extremes, in this case the verb "to know" is crucial. We will then explain the practical basic guidelines of the most salient traits of magic: talismans, seals, divination and ceremonial magic.
