This score is a great find, and I have already played several of the pieces in it. The price of the score was great, too. You only ever find out how good a seller really is, when things do not go plan. The score was lost by Royal Mail. I contacted the seller, who got in touch with Royal Mail. The score then arrived a few days later. Communications throughout were excellent, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the seller for being so helpful.

Sounds like seller has had an awful time with their delivery provider, but seller was communicative and responsive throughout the problems. No doubt, they would have been excellent if nothing has gone wrong, but their response when things did go wrong (through no fault of theirs) was top notch.
