Item ordered on 1 September with date of delivery posted as 5 to 9 September. I contacted the seller on 6 September as no notification of posting. Response was quick. Item had not been dispatched. Item sent on 6 September with message it should arrive at targeted time (9 September) but posted second class so arrived on the afternoon of 12 September. The item is excellent but the service less than prompt.
