Seller is (as the store name suggests) selling freshly printed books. My order was delayed by a technical problem at the printer - these things can happen. It's great to be able to say that the seller provided clear communication about this.
My order wasn't time sensitive, so I was happy to wait a bit. Everything was sorted faster than might have been, and I am happy that it arrived in good condition only 2 days later than originally planned. Happy to recommend.
