HAVE not received the book YET!!!!! Ive gotten items from California in 5 days and something from Georgia in 5 days - I ordered this book on 5-7 and as of yet it has not arrived - today is 5-17 They said it will be here by 5-21. (3 weeks from New Jersey to Massachusetts - I could have walked and hand delivered that item in that amount of time!!!!
