They responded within the hour, could not be more apologetic, and promised to send the item again. It arrived within 48 hours and was exactly as described. I am very pleased with my purchase and would have every confidence in buying from them again. Thank you for a quick response to a problem and for putting things right.

After a close up inspection of the pictures provided and the description, I concluded that it was the same boots. The delivery time was exact but on opening the box it was a totally different boot, same make but different. I started a return claim and have now been refunded.
