Customer Service efforts and response time are fantastic. Quick to resolve condition discrepancy issue. Unfortunately, thin film bag packaging is poor, often resulting in damaged books. Actual book condition is often inconsistent, but I am a repeat customer knowing their customer service is spot-on and willing to resolve any issues.
