Item as described and new. Good shipping. Very honest. Seller allowed size exchange, but didn't understand how to do a return for partial refund as an exchange. Ended up doing it outside of ebay, so luckily they were trustworthy. Still, she did not fully read my messages in the end, and so lacked communication which is very frustrating.
