New and sent quick. Thanks. To dig your own grave. Online sources of Kearny's work have blurry images so one must buy or borrow a printed copy to interpret this Civil Engineer's work, which is only marginal anyway. His writing style rambles a bit as if being of piece meal construction. He alludes to empirical stuff he poorly understood, or skimpily described, or that was only for classified audiences when first published. Half of his designs are refuted, not endorsed, by the seminal researchers
