TES bears no responsibility for your loss of data, please ensure that all data is removed from the device before booking in for warranty or returning the device.
TES will not be liable, in contract, tort for any economic losses, any loss of goodwill or reputation, any special or indirect losses suffered by the User.
 
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item has been returned to us, we will either repair, exchange or issue a refund for your item.
