This warranty does not cover consumable parts of the item.
 
TES bears no responsibility for your loss of data, please ensure that all data is removed from the device before booking in for warranty or returning the device.
TES will not be liable, in contract, tort for any economic losses, any loss of goodwill or reputation, any special or indirect losses suffered by the User.
 
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item has been returned to us, we will either repair, exchange or issue a refund for your item.
 
“Refurbished” items are covered by our 12-month warranty.
“Opened, never used” and “Used” items are covered by our 60-day warranty.
“For parts or not working” items are not covered by our warranty.
