RETURN POLICY

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
 
​RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service on one of the methods on the Contact Us page or at info@personalisedplasticcards.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We keep raw data files of other cards edited by us, for future orders from yourself, for up to 5 years, We will then dispose your information by deleting from our secure digital storage.

We keep order details, including name, address and order specifics for 2 years, We will then dispose your information by deleting from our secure digital storage.
