The reviews on this book were great so decided to buy it. It was a well laid out book with lovely photos etc, but found the recipes not what i wanted. I was after a more rustic book, being single i want easy cooking. I love Italian food for its simplicity, and thought this would be the same. If i was a person who loved dinner parties, then this would be on my shelf now.
