Ebay confirmed the item was shipped on 12/05/2024. I contacted seller on 30/05/2024 to inform them that the item still hadn't arrived. I had an email from the seller saying that the item was damaged when sending and they tried unsuccessfully to source a replacement. I have now had a refund but doubt the refund would have happened if I hadn't contacted them EVEN though they knew the item hadn't been dispatched. Seems very dishonest and untrustworthy to me.
