I bought a brand new guitar from them that arrived with serious intonation issues and a neck that wasn’t put on straight. Seller was contacted and was not even slightly helpful. A brand new guitar should not have these issues out of the box. At the very least they could have done a partial refund to pay for a professional to fix the issues. Apparently they don’t care about the condition that their products are sent out in. I would not buy from this seller again nor recommend them to anyone.
