The 300GB SAS drives give you faster access to those files as well. The Cheetah was among the first commercial 10k or 15K hard drives on the market. It operates at high speeds beyond conventional 5400 and 7200RPM hard drive speeds. The Seagate hard drives have been named specifically for this defining feature. The accessories included with these drives will depend on the packaging. The Seagate 300GB Cheetah T10 typically comes with the owner’s manual and a software disc. Seagate has configured the ST3300555SS drive for the 3.5-inch form factor. This form factor is generally associated with desktop computers and 3.5-inch drive bays. This model weighs just under 2 pounds and measures 9.7 by 8.9 by 2.7 inches. This hard drive will fit whether you have a large PC tower or a small HTPC case.
