It is capable of handling up to 24GB of RAM. The Intel Xeon W3670 is fully compatible with any Intel motherboard sporting an FCLGA1366, or flip-chip land grade array (LGA), socket. This makes this CPU ideal for applications like Big Data processing that require significant computational power to complete quickly. High performance in each core ensures that your system can handle multiple applications easily without users seeing a significant decrease in processing speed.A max turbo clock speed of 3.46 GHz per core allows you to enhance the performance of your CPU even more. Turbo Boost Technology uses some built-in thermal and electrical headroom to dynamically increase the processor's frequency.
