Cancelled sale and refunded money with zero communication, then relisted item at a much higher amount. The original item was listed at a very good price, so not really surprised that the seller cancelled the transaction. I just believe that communicating that they made a mistake before cancelling is the minimum the seller should have done.

You are correct! We did not let you know we made a mistake. This item was meant to be a 4 pack and shipped in a one rate box. we have 1000 of these and more. Trying to get rid of over stock. Sorry for the oversite, this is not how our company does business. Please check your messages.

This seller reached out to me and offered to send me the items for free, writing that they don't do business that way. Well the way they do business is totally unprofessional as they sent me one knob not three knobs and to top it off they had the audacity to send it with postage due of $3.68 which means I paid more for the one knob than what I originally bid on the three. Avoid this seller at all cost, they are either inept or dishonest.

It looks like a few of the pieces were not cut properly by the CNC machine! It’s still a deal just a little bummed out. I’m very particular about what I buy and maybe this is why it had a piece of metal covering one side in the photos! It’s just cut a little rough one side looks perfect the other side not so perfect, if I did not buy this off eBay and got a half price deal, I would send them back! It was not described as damaged, one is smooth the other one has a notch in it!

Hello, These were manufactured to FJ specs. We make them and sell 20 plus a year. In the description it states they were altered by the original customer and returned to us. The corners over the parts represent the coating that is the original steel coating. It is possible that the original customer altered what you are referring too, considering they changed the powder coating. As you stated, you got them at a discount. They are $402, on our web site. We are Sorry for any confusion.
