Purchased item in good faith only to realise once it was delivered that there was model variations which seller would not accept although his stock advertised was vehicle specific totally unhelpful would not do business with them again

Many thanks for your feedback, despite our efforts to assist, the customer bought the wrong item despite clear communications on dimensions and conditions.Customer declined to cover return expenses, although responsibility for part selection is with the customer. As he made us aware he bought the wrong part which doesn't assist his car model hence this is not our teams fault. We are always happy to help but where the buyer refuses to take responsibility we become limited to solutions.
