He lied about his return mailing address on the phone 2 times. The item listed was said to be like new and that was a lie. It was clearly used and damaged. No problem, we always work to fully rectify any problem with any of our orders. Buyer did not call us at all ever and our return address is always same as ship out address. Not sure what "lies" these are but Buyer refused to elaborate and stopped all communication with us for weeks then suddenly left this negative feedback.
