The Contract Between Us

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Creative Collection. Creative Collection will ask for details in order to register Your Company on The Web Site and will open the Web Account on receipt. Should you require extended credit Creative Collection reserve the right to ask for further details before opening a 30 Trade account. Payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order will be due 30 days after the date of Invoice. Delivery will be confirmed after Account is opened.

Once the Account is opened Creative Collection will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Availability of Goods You Order

If Creative Collection has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible.
