  I received the wrong item and I sent it back to the seller without any issues. I informed the seller that I did not want my money back and would like to exchange it for another item they have listed. I found a comparable item listed with the seller that was the same price and they obliged. A few days later, they sent me a refund. I can't really give them a bad review as they were accommodating. Prices, delivery and packaging were impeccable. I will do business with them in the future.

  Had an issue with this item that wasn't mentioned in the description. Seller rectified it immediately and agreed to send another of the same item at no additional cost. The second AVR I received actually works flawlessly. Communication was wonderful and the (free) shipping was much quicker than expected.
