1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our eBay shop.

Auction format
When we list an item in auction or fixed price format, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for this item. We determine the starting or fixed price and the duration of the offer, i.e. the period within which the offer can be accepted. If we set a minimum price for the auction format, the offer is subject to the condition precedent that the minimum price is reached.
We can also provide offers in auction format with a buy-it-now function, which you can use as long as no bid has been placed on the item or the minimum price has not yet been reached.
At auctions, you accept the offer by submitting a bid. Acceptance is subject to the condition precedent that you are the highest bidder after the offer period has expired. Your bid expires if another buyer makes a higher bid during the offer period.
Fixed price format
If we post items in the fixed price format, we are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for this item.
You accept the offer by clicking the "Buy It Now" button and then confirming. For fixed-price items for which we have selected the "Immediate payment" option, you accept the offer by clicking the "Buy it now" button and then completing the payment process immediately following. You can also accept offers for several items by placing the item (if available) in the shopping cart and then completing the payment process that immediately follows.
Price proposal option
If the button "Send price proposal" is displayed under the Buy It Now price in one of our offers, you can suggest us a price at which you would buy the item. We can accept your price proposal, reject it or make a counter offer. When you submit a price proposal to us, you are submitting a binding offer to conclude a contract for this item at the price you have proposed. Your price proposal is valid for 48 hours or until the end of the offer, whichever comes first. If we accept it, a binding contract is concluded. The price proposal generally only refers to the price for the item on offer.
Correction options
You can recognize and correct your entries before submitting the order using the self-explanatory means made available by eBay in the ordering process. To cancel a transaction, press the "Back" button on your browser to return to the item page or to the eBay shopping cart. You can change the quantity of products in the shopping cart by changing the number of items or delete the item from the shopping cart by clicking on "Remove". Input errors can also be corrected by canceling the purchase process.
3. CONTRACT LANGUAGE, CONTRACT TEXT STORAGE
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
The contract text is not stored by us. You can, however, view your last orders under “My eBay” in your eBay account. The full text of the contract is not available there.
4. TERMS OF DELIVERY
We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.
5. PAYMENT
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
PayPal
In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You'll get more information during the ordering process.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the statutory right of withdrawal, as described in the cancellation policy.
eBay Plus
If you are registered for eBay Plus, you can - without prejudice to your statutory rights - take advantage of the following additional service: For all items that are not excluded from the right of withdrawal, eBay will provide you with free Hermes return labels via the eBay return process. Simply initiate the return in "My eBay" within the cancellation period and print the Hermes return label provided there. You can return the goods to Hermes parcel shops in Germany. As soon as we have received the item, we will arrange a full return within six working days Refund of the purchase price or a reimbursement in accordance with our return policy. 7. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES
The statutory right to liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their precise conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find here. Consumers have the opportunity to use this platform to settle their disputes. In order to settle disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or whether such a contractual relationship even exists, we are obliged to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board. The federal universal arbitration board at the Center for Arbitration, Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.universalschlichtungstelle.de is responsible. We will participate in a dispute settlement procedure before this office.
