This vendor is charging twice was much as a competitor and is unreachable by multiple calls and messages to the company in Florida. I would like to have it returned to me and get it repaired by the other company. The prpoble m is that until they get the item from you they will not give you a price, then when you get the price it is a real hassle to get in contact with them to either negotiate or return the item, not a good experience

We are sorry you had a bad experience with us. As a company we have the freedom of set our prices in a quotation. You are not obligated to use our services. Our representative asked you for a screenshot or any prove of "competitors pricing you got" and you never sent it. We cannot discount 70% just because. We price match all our products that we sell and we gladly offer to our customers the best quality-price balance on the market. We answer all our calls, emails and the service ticket portal.
