The uses are numerous. Mix, 1 tsp with half tsp of bi carbonated soda to make a facial or hand exfoliator. Leaves skin soft a nd glowing. Look up more uses, fantastic must have.

It's excellent for using as a moisturiser any where. I use it on my face. It's also brilliant as a cleanser. Warm it in your hands, rub in well and wipe off make up with pads damp with warm water or a warm flannel. Keeps skin clear of spots which is surprising as its oily. I rub it in a bunion too and it is less red and angry looking. Next time i'll choose the pump dispenser

The processing of the oil is so importamt, amd cold pressing ensures all the goodness is retained. I decant it into smaller bottle with a dropper as it is easier to use. It is a staple in the household because it can be used for a myriad things.
