I do not recommend this seller. My item did not arrive. I contacted the seller and there was no communication. I finally opened a case where I was asked whether I wanted a refund or a replacement. I requested a replacement. The seller ignored this request and instead gave me a refund.I was interested to note that the price of the item has since increased by £2. So if I want to replace the item I will have to pay more. when I enquired about why I was not given a replacement, the seller was rude

Item shipped without tracking big mistake, customer then opted to raise an item not received case wanting a refund which we processed she then wanted to re-order the item but i had blocked the customer - reported to eBay
