• If you receive your watch and find that something is not quite right, please do return it to us within your 30 day grace period for either a full refund, replacement or repair if possible.
 
• For buyer remorse returns, the buyer will be responsible for the postage costs. If there is a problem with the item, we will be responsible for all costs incurred.

Great item, sadly the first package went missing (typical Royal Mail) but the seller sent another without any quibbling at all, that arrived in 2 days. Great customer service, deal with confidence.
