Had an issue with putting in the wrong shipping address. They were very helpful in getting the order cancelled so I could reorder with correct address.

The seller did not specify whether or not any cables were included with the hard drive, the price was fair, no cables came with it, and I would've purchased it either way. I had considered, at the time I agreed to purchase it, that it was worth the price with or without cables. A second more concerning issue, there was data still on the hard drive when I received it. I was able to erase it, so again it was not an issue, but what if the data on the hard drive had been sensitive, or worse illegal?
