Arrived in a timely matter, not the greatest packing. Items were not as described, card was damaged on one of the items. Shipped priority mail but could have been shipped first class to save on shipping cost. Messaged about damage to item and didn't offer a solution, only an apology. Apology accepted but not the reaction I expected.
