Buyer's feedback alleging "3-week delivery, broken item, ignored messages" is inaccurate. Our records show timely delivery within expected timeframe. Item arrived undamaged, confirmed by signature upon delivery as per courier policy.

I think there is a misunderstanding here.
The order was cancelled by Ugears presumably because theyn were out of stock
I was offered a refund which i accepted.
The refund was arranged by PAYPAL/EBAY and so was out of the control of UGEARS
It was not the fault of UGEARS that the refund had not arrived after one month
Will i buy UGEARS models in the future? - CERTAINLY I WILL!!
I hope this removes the misunderstanding
