After I purchased an item, the seller re-listed it on Reverb for a higher price and then cancelled my order. Funds were on hold for 3 days before a refund was issued.

My apologies for the hassle of that canceled order. FWIW: a local buyer purchased the item, and then your purchase came through before I had a chance to take this listing down. I tried to give you a refund immediately on Friday 3/29, but the funds had already been sent to my bank account by Ebay (automatically). They didn't actually show up in my bank acct until Monday 4/1, at which point I immediately refunded you. Again, sorry for the delay, I was trying to make this right as soon as I could.
