Item was exactly as described and shown in the photos - buyer originally said it looked like a 'dolls house play set' the measurements of 23.5cm x 9.5cm were in the listing (I would give anything for a dolls house that took something that size) - buyer said 'candle has come out' - I explained that's what happens with tealights and that it will pop back into the foil - then the buyer said it was 'hideous & cheap' - that's a matter of personal taste - I refused a refund - my listing was VERY clear
