    At first I was shipped the wrong Boyd Bear. I messaged the seller & sent pics showing I received the wrong item. Seller messaged back apologized & said she’d ship the one I ordered. I told her all was good everyone makes mistakes. Both Boyd Bears have wings.Be easy mistake getting wrong bear just by looking at pics on the box. I’m satisfied with my purchase. I’d definitely buy from this seller again. She got right on it & shipped the right one. She made it right ASAP. I Thank You Very Much!
