Ignored my message completely, no apology or compensation, Don't usually leave neg however, the description was incorrect about the camera, they told me it had an issue on front cam, it turned out front cam was fine and the issue was with back cam.... which I needed... waste of time and i'm leaving on holiday today had to spend more money on another phone replacement... and I wasted money on a casing for it and cable for it too to make things worse still no comms up until now.... disappointing.

I found the product excellent for the price. The speed is great for a notebook and easy to use, I have a Bluetooth set of headphones attached which works great plus for the size I was very pleased Thank you.
