Attempted to resolve the issue . Lack of response. Bought strung heads lacrosse and received unstrung . Messaged seller and first said “you sure” . Yeah sent pic showing unstrung . Seller said she will check if she had strung heads . Waited like 2 days , messaged a few times and no answer . Doesn’t seem to want to resolve the issue . Negotiate feedback is definitely appropriate. Had to open a claim. Still no answer on a return request. Make it right. will remove negative feedback if made right
