  A rare perfume that was hard to find. The perfume arrived 12 days after the order was placed (in the time frame of stated shipment). Unfortunately, during the delivery part of the perfume was spilled. I contacted the seller and very quickly received an answer that they would send a new bottle as compensation. Excellent service and attitude to buyers!

  The shipment arrived quickly and the transition was smooth! The product is new packed in its original packaging and the delivery envelope is also packed in a beautiful and organized way! I didn't contact customer service, because really everything went smoothly and beyond expectations! Highly recommend the seller! And I would love to purchase more products from you in the future!   Seller was very responsive, easy to work with and even changed my order per my request without an added charge! (I thought I got one product, wanted to cancel, but they had the product I wanted! So they changed it) Perfume came wrapped in original wrapping/box

  seller communication not necessary - yet gave 5 stars as it was an excellent transaction. items arrived and opened 1 of 3 to check condition of item - which was excellent - thrilled to get these since discontinued item.....well packaged - which I also appreciate!
