This coat is damaged and the seller did not disclose this. Both snaps are missing on sleeve straps. Straps have been hand-tacked exposing the 1/2 snap on both sleeves. Very tacky. I will be forced to take it to a tailor to try to revise the sleeves to hide the 1/2 snaps that are supposed to be invisible. Very slow shipping and very deceptive item description. The seller should discount this coat to cover the tailoring costs.

The coat wasn’t damaged. But we can agree to disagree. I always treat my customers fairly. If you disliked the coat in any way, we have free returns & as soon as you reached out you were immediately offered a full refund. All you had to do was return the coat, with a free label! However you wanted a full refund of purchase price AND wanted to keep the coat, sadly I can’t do business that way. And as far as slow shipping, I can’t control USPS, I sure wish I could!
